Order Tracking

Upon completing checkout, an order confirmation email will be issued. Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking confirmation email with tracking details will follow.

  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Destinations: We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking status displays "Delivered" but the package has not arrived:
