1. Scope of Application

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • 3.1. UK Statutory Rights: Consumers maintain the legal right to cancel contracts within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Regulations.

  • 3.2. Extended Store Policy: Vividnest provides an extended 60-day return period for unused and unopened products, as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • 3.3. Procedure: Notification must be provided in writing to contact@vividnest.site.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • 4.1. All displayed prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT. Standard domestic delivery is free of charge.

  • 4.2. Payment methods displayed at checkout are processed through certified, encrypted third-party service providers.

5. Delivery & Ownership

  • 5.1. Delivery is executed to the address supplied during the checkout workflow.

  • 5.2. Order handling takes 1–2 business days, and transit requires 3–5 business days within the United Kingdom. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

  • 5.3. Legal ownership of products remains with Vividnest until full payment is finalized.

6. Product Guarantees & Faults

  • 6.1. Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all items must correspond to description, demonstrate satisfactory quality, and be fit for purpose.

  • 6.2. If an item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days at contact@vividnest.site with supporting photos for an exchange or full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1. Our total financial liability regarding any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

  • 7.2. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses.

  • 7.3. Nothing herein limits statutory liability for fraud, gross negligence, or bodily harm.

8. Governing Law and Legal Venue

  • 8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

  • 8.2. Competent courts of England and Wales hold non-exclusive jurisdiction.
